Seth Thomas Clock Co., Thomaston, Conn., "Lafayette" shelf clock with a spring driven 8 day time and strike (cathedral gong) lyre movement in a walnut case.
CONDITION:
The Lafayette is a very scarce model. This is the first example that we have had for auction. The case is in excellent condition with original finish. The original dial pan has been repainted. The hands are original. The movement is signed. The door glass is original.
